Imagine Charters

Historian Lee Brockington has been sharing the history of the Lowcountry for years as an instructor, as a public speaker, and as a former Senior Interpreter for Hobcaw Barony. She is joining Paul Kenny, former marine scientist with the USC-Baruch Marine Laboratory and boat tour captain, in a new CLASS series offered exclusively for guests of Sea View Inn.

Come aboard Kenny’s six-passenger pontoon boat “Imagine,” travel the storied Waccamaw and Pee Dee Rivers with licensed Captain Paul at the helm and local treasure Lee both imparting ecology, histories, and mysteries as you ride the tidal waters.

Each three-hour tour is weather dependent, but departs promptly at the designated time from a nearby river landing. Specific boarding instructions will be provided to registrants. Attire should include weather-appropriate outer wear; layers work well. Although shade is available on board, please bring your own sun and bug protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, bugspray). Water and ice provided.

$100 per person, six maximum.
